- Create additional Tags for context (e.g., Client-Facing, Marketing, Internal).
- [ ] Start Adding Projects
- Click New Project Entry.
- Fill in:
- Project Name
- Project Type
- Status
- Priority
- Start and Due Dates
- Tags and Assigned To
- Notes and Attachments (optional)
- [ ] Review the Project Development View
- Use filters to view projects by priority, status, or client/internal tags.
- Quickly identify what needs attention and what’s progressing.
- [ ] Optional: Share Access with Your Team
- Click Share in Notion and add emails with View or Edit access.

- Update projects regularly to keep your tracking up to date.
